We are a rapidly growing sales training and consulting organization dedicated to working exclusively with IT professional services organizations including IT staffing and bench based consulting firms, system integrators and value added resellers (VARS). We are currently looking to add Senior Information Technology (IT) Sales Executives/Thought Leaders to our team.

The Sales Trainer is responsible for achieving revenue targets through client-focused, consultative sales activities. In this position you will be both "player" and "practitioner."

As a "player," you will be selling Menemsha Group's products and service offerings including sales training workshops, webinars, & coaching, our sales methodology (content) and sales/management consulting services to executives including business owners, CEO's, CFO's, & COO's within the IT professional services industry. Responsibilities include new account acquisition, managing an overall portfolio of accounts and the successful implementation and management of prospecting campaigns.

As a "practitioner," you will also be responsible for writing proposals, defining customer requirements and delivering Menemsha Group's sales training solutions to individuals and small and large groups. This includes leading and facilitating sales training workshops & webinars and consulting with clients on sales and sales management best practices. Additional responsibilities also include public speaking at local/regional/national trade shows and writing industry related white papers. The position requires outstanding professional sales and leadership skills and the ability to contribute in a high growth environment.

Day To Day Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develop, maintain and articulate a deep understanding of Menemsha Group's sales methodology, tools, and training content
  • Facilitate dynamic and engaging instructor-led, classroom-based training as well as web-based training workshops, providing value-add feedback and coaching.
  • Follow up on, quality and close all incoming sales leads
  • Effectively develop client needs and clearly present solution options.
  • Establish, maintain and/or strategically oversee client relationships to maximize account penetration with additional solutions and new audiences within established accounts.
  • Demonstrate proficiency of Menemsha Group's intellectual properties and solutions and be able to present that information at a variety of venues and to a range of prospective clients.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, performance driven professional.
  • A strong entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Certifications in sales process methodologies and/or project management a plus; practitioner of sales process or methodology desired.
  • Experience in selling and managing to a defined sales process in a complex selling environment preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, dynamic personality with the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals at all levels.
  • Ability to use relevant sales and sales management field experience to demonstrate and coach effective selling methods.
  • 10+ years sales experience; 5+ years sales management experience.
  • 10+ years selling IT services; either IT staffing, consulting, system integration or working for a VAR. Software or hardware sales experience will also be considered
  • Willing and able to travel
